Founded in 1983, The M3 Companies, LLC (M3) is a real estate development company specializing in thoughtfully designed communities located throughout the western United States. As the two Principals and Managing Partners of M3, Bill Brownlee and W. Scott Schirmer, bring over 60 years of combined experience in real estate development of all product types to the company.
With offices in Idaho and Arizona, M3 has assembled an outstanding team of dynamic, experienced professionals, including Mark Tate, M3’s local manager, who understands how to create communities in their respective markets that have a sense of place, a unique identity, and withstand the test of time.
M3 development projects include the master planned communities of 1,400 acre Prescott Lakes, 600 acre Prescott American Ranch, and 2,000 acre Wickenburg Ranch in Arizona. In the Treasure Valley, M3’s projects include Foxtail Estates in Eagle, Idaho, Red Hawk Ridge, a golf community in Nampa, Idaho, Hillsdale Creek in Meridian, Idaho and SpurWing Heights in Meridian, Idaho.
